Eu estou bem. Na verdade, escrevo sentado na cadeira na minha escrivaninha no meu novo apartamento. O apto não é só meu. Aliás, nem o quarto é só meu. Divido o quarto com um italiano de 20 anos. No apto tem mais um quarto com mais dois estudantes italianos da mesma faixa etária. Contarei como consegui achar este lugar, quanto pago, como fazer, etc.
Pago 350 euros por mês, mais 35 de despesas (água, gás, energia, etc). Além dos dois quartos, há um banheiro, uma mini-cozinha, uma salinha e uma sacada, também muito pequena, mas é bem localizado, bem próximo de uma estacão de metrô e de linhas importantes de Bonde (que aqui são normalíssimos, apesar de meio velhinhos). Pra chegar no centro de Milão (a Piazza Duomo), levo cerca de 20 minutos de transporte coletivo.
Como somos 4 moleques, vcs podem imaginar como é o apartamento... Sorte que a vigilância sanitária ainda não apareceu pra dar multa, heheheheh.
Como achei o lugar? Vi um anúncio num site especializado. Liguei no número e combinei um horário pra ver o apto. Cheguei na hora combinada, o dono (Dimitri, tem 21 anos) me mostrou o lugar e conversamos por uns 5 minutos. Gostei. No dia seguinte voltei com as malas e fiquei. Conversamos uns 10 minutos e paguei 700 euros a ele. Estes 700 euros são a “caparra”, dois meses de pagamento antecipado que ficam com o proprietário (tipo um cheque calção). Quando eu sair do apartamento, aviso com 2 meses de antecedência e ele me devolve esta grana. Eles fazem isso para nao ter o risco de um inquilino sair sem avisar e eles ficarem com um espaco vazio por algumas semanas. Este espaço vazio significa uma pessoa a menos pra dividr os custos. Confiei e paguei.
Observação: só existe um contrato verbal. Nem todos os lugares são assim e nem todos exigem este pagamento da “caparra”. Basta procurar. Como estava com pressa de achar algo, fechei este msm.
